As digital and AI applications become more prevalent, the need for fast, efficient, and consistent management of IT operations is critical. This session will show you how to automate responses to Splunk Observability Platform alerts using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform's Event-Driven Ansible.
You'll learn how to select alerts, design your desired responses, and then have actions occur automatically in response to these alerts. Automated responses can include generating tickets and notifications, gathering facts for faster Mean Time To Resolution (MTTR), performing smoke testing, rebooting or resetting servers or devices, and even automatically renewing certificates at any time.| Time | Place | Details |

Dafné is a Principal Product Manager for Ansible Automation Platform at Red Hat. Prior to Red Hat, Dafné worked at Cisco Systems, supporting Service Providers customers across US, Canada and Latin America to design, implement and adopt automation, orchestration and network management solutions. She brings over 15 years of experience in the IT field with specializations in DevNet, ITIL, SCRUM, consulting, networking and automation.
