Bonnie An Henderson is the President & Chief Executive Officer, Global Head of Innovation and Technology of HelpMeSee, a non-profit organization that creates virtual reality simulators to teach cataract surgery in low resourced areas. She is a Past President of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, a Clinical Professor at Tufts University School of Medicine, the Associate Editor for the Journal of Refractive Surgery, and on the editorial board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Henderson has authored over 175 articles, papers, book chapters, and abstracts, delivered over 300 invited lectures worldwide, and published 5 textbooks. Dr. Henderson completed her ophthalmology residency at Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary.

Leonard Wall is a solutions-focused Senior Executive Advisor and Thought Leader with over 20 years of experience spanning information technology, government, financial, and manufacturing sectors. With expertise in cyber security, enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and regulatory compliance, Leonard is renowned for his adeptness in driving high-level security plans to safeguard personnel, property, and proprietary information. His strategic acumen and leadership prowess have been instrumental in monitoring company networks, deploying security measures, and presenting actionable recommendations to senior management.
In his current role as Deputy CISO at Clayton, Leonard oversees a multitude of security and technology projects, including Application Security, Cloud Security, Network Security, Security Engineering, Threat and Vulnerability Management, and Splunk Enterprise Security. Under his guidance, the implementation of security tools has enabled greater scalability and insight for the company. Additionally, Leonard has been pivotal in enhancing Clayton's security program and capabilities by collaborating with the in-house team to develop a Security Operations Center (SOC).

Toni Pavlovich is the SVP of Customer and Partner Success at Cisco and Senior Vice President, Chief Customer Officer for Splunk. With over 30 years of experience, she is responsible for overseeing the strategy, execution and management of customer and partner success, helping customers strengthen their engagement as active users of Cisco products. At Splunk, Toni steers the customer experience strategy, fostering a customer-first mindset and culture across the company. She leads teams in Professional Services, Education and Technical Enablement, Support, Customer Success, Technical Strategy and Innovation Practices as well as Services Partner Success, ensuring a unified approach to delivering exceptional value. Prior to joining Splunk, Toni served as Vice President of Global Business Critical Services and Vice President of Technical Sales and Professional Services for Veritas Technologies. Prior to Veritas, she spent 11 years at Symantec in strategic leadership roles driving delivery excellence in Technical Sales and Professional Services, and transforming Global Support. Toni has also held leadership positions with Oracle and Interactive Development Environments and previously served as an avionics engineer for Lockheed Aeronautical Systems. She holds a B.S. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
