Designed for Splunk beginners and anyone interested in getting hands-on experience working with machine data and gaining valuable ITOps, Security, and Business Analytics insight from it.

This 3-hour workshop will introduce Splunk, along with hands-on experience creating a Splunk app and dashboard based on multiple use cases.

During this workshop, you will:

• Create your own Splunk distributed environment
• Collect and index data
• Perform searches
• Create interactive and dynamic dashboards for multiple use cases…and much more!

• Creating Splunk apps
• Adding Data
• Searching and Reporting
• Extracting new fields (schema-on-the-fly!)
• Dashboards for multiple use cases

Who should attend?
Anyone new to Splunk that would like to understand the basics. Register early. Seating is limited.

• NO Splunk experience required!
• There’s something for everyone, even if you’ve worked with Splunk before, you may just learn something new!
• Anyone interested in learning what Splunk’s data to everything platform does to derive business value from machine data
• ITOps, DevOps, Security, and Sales & Business Analytics

• These virtual workshops are held on Thursdays at 12PM ET / 9AM PT and will last about 3 hours. Register for your preferred session from the upcoming dates available in the dropdown list.

• The day prior we will send an additional email with Zoom details and instructions on how to join the live webinar.

Reminder: This is a hands-on event. You will be provided your own lab environment prior to the workshop, and you will need your computer/laptop along with internet access to participate in this workshop. Dual monitors or two devices are recommended, but not required, so you can follow along while working in your lab environment.
