Cory Minton, Field CTO for The Americas, joined Splunk in 2019 as a Solution Strategist focused on ITOps and was later promoted to Director of the Observability Strategist team in the Americas. While at Splunk, Cory’s most visible work has been to activate Splunk’s unique value propositions in partnership with McLaren’s F1 and Esports Teams through the Data Drivers program. Before joining Splunk, Cory was a Principal Engineer and Field CTO at Dell, focused on emerging AI and Big Data technology research. Cory is also known as the “Big Data Beard” from the podcast he hosted and projects such as “The Road Trip to .conf19”. Cory lives in Birmingham, AL with his wife and two children who share his crippling addiction to traveling the world.

Prior to founding TwinWave, Mike was the GM responsible for multiple security products at Proofpoint including Targeted Attack Protection, Threat Response and Emerging Threat Intelligence. Mike is passionate about building security products that customers love to use.

She is results oriented with a strong track record in management, balancing strategic goals with tactical performance and working cross functionally to launch into new markets and execute on go-to market solutions. Mala is responsible for leading Global Observability Go-to-Market Strategists responsible for the execution and growth of the Observability business. In this role she leads the Observability business growth strategy, product/market fit, business execution and owns the cross functional GTM strategy for the client’s full business lifecycle with Observability.

With over 14 years of Cybersecurity experience, Nate Piquette has worked his way up from an intern in the SOC, to an incident responder, Splunk User/Admin/Architect, and most recently a Senior Threat Detection Engineer at VMware. In his current day to day role, Nate is working with the VMware Security Intelligence & Response Team (SIRT), where he builds threat detections for the ever-evolving threat landscape. When not working Nate loves to spend time with his family, cheering on his kids at their many sports, and relaxing with a fun night of board games.
